Jonathan Beran is a seasoned corporate/commercial lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience, trusted by owners and senior executives in the global gaming and high-tech sectors. His career spans Sydney, London, and Tel Aviv, where he has advised leading operators, suppliers, and platforms on complex commercial transactions, regulatory frameworks, compliance strategies, and high-stakes disputes.
Jonathan’s expertise includes:
